Dead load on the structure is reduced as BLOCKCON Blocks are 1/3rd lighter than bricks. So 20-26% can be saved on concrete and steel reinforcement in foundation & superstructure.
MOISTURE RESISTANT/EFFLORESCENCE BLOCKCON
Blocks absorbs/retain less water as they do not have continuous capillaries. Thus, there is no capillary action like conventional bricks due to its cellular structure. Hence they don't have the problem of efforescence / salt peter/leaching.
PEST & TERMITE RESISTANT
BLOCKCON Blocks are pest & termite resistant due to the inorganic nature.
EASY TO WORK
BLOCKCON Blocks are easy to work, cut (with carpentry saw). drilled, nailed, grooved etc. at site without any extra skills with simple working tools.
